Sorry..another EIF question!! We received a pack a few months back about the infamous PPI claims etc. Having taken advice from you guys here on the forum, we returned the pack stating 'NO PPI TAKEN' written across every page as we know we've never had any PPI on anything. Recieved a letter last week...

I'm not surprised either really, just don't think its very nice of her! My worry now is that she gives us a bad reference or no reference at all for the new place because of it!

The landlady contacted me Thursday to say she would be around the weekend to replace the shower.
However, this was before she got told we would be leaving the property which she found out saturday morning. Guess what...no vist and still a broken shower!!
