You can run your circumstances through http://www.turn2us.org.uk/ it is very accurate, if you award is much different you may want to query it with the tax credit office

Hello Blue eyes The tax credit have a disregard of £2500 so if your income falls in the tax year the 1st £2500 is disregarded completely so you will not get any extra payment. That's very true Foggy :-)

We as a firm believe that the secured loan provisions of the 2014 IVA protocol are unfair and have proposed IVA without these provisions but ultimately it is a decision for the creditors whether they accept the proposal or not.

You have had some good advice here John.p

All I can add is to seek advice and make sure your IP is used to dealing with self employed cases.

There is also a statutory duty for a face to face meeting with your IP as you are self employed
