Dear Ravgodbold I am very sorry for the stress this is causing you and your wife. I too am a little confused why you would be asked to pay more if your term has been reduced because you have paid everything due. Hi Lilyloo72 I do understand it's important for you to be able to put the IVA behind you. As Foggy has already mentioned usually extending the IVA by 6 months is purely so we can complete any final administration, this may include completing your final review and any PPI investigations. You wouldn't...

Dear VP85

Thank you for your email.

As luluj has mentioned the IVA will impact your credit file for 6 years from the date it was accepted. Even when an IVA fails it will remain on your credit file until you reach the 6 year mark.

We will be in touch to see if we can help any further.

Thank you

Dear DCX1983

Great news that you've almost completed your IVA.

We would usually expect you to have your Completion Certificate within 4 months of completing your IVA.

Once you've made your final payment and we've completed your final review we'll be able to confirm this for you.

I hope this helps.
