3 months relates to bankruptcy, not IVA's. Details of an IVA can be, and often are, removed within a few days of a completion certificate being issued.

GT appear to be institutionally incapable of getting to grips with the issues they have regarding closure of IVA's. Unfortunately, having said yesterday that they would post by the end of the day, they haven't so far done so. Nor have they issued any kind of further comment about the delay or when such a post / explanation may now be forthcoming.
