What's the difference between a closure and completion certificate? Can u use this to sort out credit file etc? It says on my credit report that I still have an 'outstanding public record' and a few creditors still have me as defaulting

PPI, but if I was owed anything;: from companies paid off before the IVA then u would think it wouldn't be included. , also that my IVA was settled over a year ago via F&F settlement. Okay, so my last payment for my IVA goes out in April 2012, then should be 'pulled off the system' on 11th May. I possibly may be approved for a severance payment from work that if approved may be paid a couple of months later. If have have paid all my IVA as proposed and am just waiting for my cert...
