Hello;

I need help obtaining a mortgage, I had a lump sum IVA completed in Aug 2012, and have managed finances well since then, including 2 credit cards paid off in full every month.

Any suggestions on who best to ask for advice/help?

Well, I expect to have the cash available at the creditors meeting (not in cash!, in a bank account : ) ).

Assuming this, how many weeks / months would the process take, would you think? Creditors are all banks / debt collectors.
