Experian show me as having a top end of fair credit score whilst equifax shows me as having a very poor rating, ive never bothered with the other agency to see what they have... didnt think it was worthwhile

I am also looking for a mortgage, I completed my iva August 2011 early but it stays on my record until 26/02/2013.

My parents will assist with a deposit but I need to sort my mortgage, please can an admin pass on my email address?

I emailed Karol on Saturday and it's now Wednesday and I am in receipt of my completion certificate.

Thanks Vince for understanding, it may only be a completion cert to some but to me it's a milestone and will allow me to get on with my life away from the person who screwed it.
