Hi, does this mean that full VAT gets refunded or just a portion of it?

Hi Heretoday, Mr Mond is also my IP, I followed the complaints procedure first but didnt really get answers to the issues I asked him to address, I asked who is his govering body to complain to and he wrote informing it is ACCA(Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Hi, I paid over £14k to my IP from PPI refunds I did myself, they have said that if I give them the letters with the breakdown of the Interest on they will enquire and pay any tax on my behalf from the payment I have transferred to them, OR I could do it myself if I wanted.

It certainly is Lesley, such a shame as its nearly the end and things seem to be going wrong, I dont want to complain I just want done with it but the IP is certainly not working with me which is very frustrating

Thanks Gina.gu, I have received another letter this morning and they are not answering my questions properly so I am getting nowhere. I need help with this now as it is really getting me down and I am finding it difficult trying to deal with this in work etc.

Hi Melanie, yes mine was agreed in 2007 so probably one of the earlier ones. Is there a set rate for the renewal or does it vary with different IP firms?
