Not actually sure Ian, the original debt at the time of the IVA was with Kays Catalogue.
The latest letter is from Red Castle Recoveries who say they are acting for their client Phoenix Recoveries.
Will have to get back to my IP again.

Even though I explained to them that the debt was included in the IVA and that I am legally covered, they continue to send letters. I have also ...

Hi Folks, Just to advise, my IVA was approved on Friday, with a minor modification, but didn't mind as was just so relieved to get it through. Think only two out of seven creditors bothered to vote, which was surprising, particlarly as my main creditors never bothered to vote for some reason. Anyway...

Hi Folks, I had been in an IVA that failed about two months ago. This was due to my circumstances changing - father took ill and I had to move back home and helped with finances. The IVA failed but no further action was taken against me as I have no assets for any bankruptcy value. I am now in a bet...

Hi Guys, thanks for your replies. Andy, if the IVA fails and no creditor files for my bankruptcy, where does that leave me ? Will the crediors start to contact me again for a repayment plan or will they take no further action ? I know if they took no further action, as I have no assets, I would stil...

Hi everyone, I’m new to this forum and am looking some help as I am in a worrying situation at the moment. I undertook an IVA approx a year and a half ago. However four or five months into the arrangement my circumstances changed. My father took ill with cancer and subsequently had to leave work. I ...
