I've just seen on the forum about dfd, if u were a client of them and say claimed ppi and your IVA has been closed for say over 4/5 years what would happen - this is just a scenario. Also I know ppi is seen as due to creditors how would that be dealt with if company in administration

hi know what you mean my iva finshed in 2011 and from what I see things have gotten worse I could have done with your and your colleagues advice then. its nice to think theres someone out there now to turn to.

hi just to pose a question of they are rapidly running out of money to feed family and pay nesscary bills how does the iva take precendence of the pension money if drawn down if it is needed for the family to keep paying bills etc .I thought an iva was a route to ease and help not wheres your money ...

hi just a question why aren't the iva company giving the client the options of having any residue left from the ppi payment refuned to them with the option if they wanted to give it to charity .not take it as read the iva company will do it as seems an easy option . and with ppi it could be a reason...

hi there just a comment how many times do u have to sign and resign ppi claims forms for the same thing ppi money is not going to magically get any more .also once should be enough and this should not be used as \ delaying tatic at the end of your term when ppi has already been claimed by these ppi ...

that's a shame really ,but as you say about credit cards etc it seems the banks are always the ones on top making money on interest rates which can sometimes be the cause of high credit card balances and all to often see debt spiral out of control when you go beyond your means and it balances build ...
