Hi Maizie The reason there are different responses is because not all IVAs are exactly the same, this is because creditors will have put forward different modifications. Hi Barrym Your IP should have gone through ALL modifications to the terms of the IVA put forward by creditors and obtained your agreement to every one before or at the creditors meeting.
