In as it's classed as a windfall.

Hi my question is if you receive a windfall or release a pension early. Would you be expected to pay all or 50% into your IVA? The amount is approximately £6000.

Thanks Melanie, I will explain but feel really embarresed. It started at christmas and January because it was 6 wks until we got paid and had to buy xmas presents. Also the intial payments with the debt advisory line were high until we were passed on to the IP. We couldn't get straight.
