Ive just had mine last month and finished paying in july 11 so they are getting round to them -email karol via the customer services with IVA FORUM at the top

Vixster if u sign up to noodle and click on something wrong and go through the dates etc noodle will sort it for you, Lloyds are good they have sorted their dates out but Capital Bank is refusing to change so Matrix letter is being sent to them!!good luck and Matrix thanks for the letter samples [:D]

I'm with same firm and paid off 10 mths ago got my CC a week ago -send customer services with IVA FORUM at the top and keep doing it till they send a reply (keep copies too)

Hi sue we are doing the same at the moment
Send copies of CC to all 3 main credit ref agencies -Experian ,Equifax and Call credit with a brief letter make sure the default dates match the start of your IVA

Loads a Debt- yes it is very hard!!!! but if they have your love and attention which costs nothing they will learn that money doesn't grow on trees and even though they cant have the latest must haves you can teach them the value of money. If they are old enough get them to earn treats/pocket money ...
