You must be worried sick. Don't be. Demand to speak to yr ip. If not a case worker. Firstly get passed the guys who answer the phone. Sometimes they think they are experts!

My Iva was on my credit file when I applied to Barclays . I was upfront and honest. They gave me a current account. No overdraft which I wanted and a debit card. No fee. Go for it as long as they are not a creditor x

Try not to worry. When I finished my iva I got a letter from a debt collector demanding money. I rang them direct, it was an error they were updating records, not very well I might add. They couldn't apologise enough x hope it gets sorted soon

Usually the ppi company ask for a copy of your c.c, then they will tell you if the money is yours to keep. Fingers crossed x
