Hi, if you need multiple items on prescription you can pay monthly. My husband pays £10.40 a month pre paid prescription and he is allowed any numbers of item on it. He pays £10.40 a month for 10 months and it covers him for 12 months, so worth it, ask at your local pharmacy or contact the PRESCRIPT...

Hiya, surely common sense should prevail and your situation looked at with the compassion it deserves, at the worst they will ask u to maybe pay it bak over a period of time, I really wouldnt lose sleep over it x

Hi, Its a worry isnt it because its so expensive having to start from scratch when they go to a new school, and kids being kids grow lol so school trousers from last term just dont fit now! Hi Melanie,thanks for your advice, I will ring my IP as soon as I kno what my wage will be for august and explain about what I need to buy and how much its gonna cost, hopefully I may still have some surplus left to pay over to them once I have paid for the uniforms x

Hi, the 10% and 50% of my share will be going on uniforms also because the £80 will go no where near paying for everything he needs. The schools policy is that all the uniform has to have the school logo on so cant just go to Asda unfortunately. So I have to pay £12 per sweatshirt, £7.50 per t shirt...

Hi, Im with Payplan. Ive been looking at prices for uniform and its amounting to about £180 because he needs all new sweat shirts, polo shirts,trousers, school shoes p.e/rugby kit, footy boots.......... the list goes on! so the £80 would come in very useful lol x

Hi, the amount is fixed at 6% of the payment each month so mine would be £9 a month and hubbys £12 a month. Im not sure if this a standard percentage used x
