luluj....The first line of your post reads exactly the same as a government response to a specific question that they want to avoid answering!?

I merely wanted Ms Giles opinion on this matter, seeing that she is more than qualified to give it as an IP and forum expert.

These Pr***s must be having a right laugh at "customers expense" either that or they are just sick individuals who take pleasure in keeping people hanging on for CC's. GT and others make promises (just like politicians) and then just carry on knowing that there isn't alot "clients" can do if they do...

It seems that this forum is the best way to contact GT if you have a complaint or query. Unbelievable that such a massive company should have to rely on other people on a forum to kick them up the ar*e when IVAers have issues. Dont know who Karol is (she gets plenty of mentions on here) but i bet he...

Grant Thornton seem to be becoming the big bad wolf on this forum. In your situation i would go through their internal complaints department (if they have one ) and if you get fobbed off take your complaint to the relevent ombudsman or organization and stick at it. If enough people who claim they ha...

Foggy, i know on many issues we agree to differ but for what it's worth, your postings on this thread seem to echo my own opinion and style. I dont want to sound, or come over as being sycophantic but sticking your neck out and sounding off for the "customers" is most admirable.

Foggy, wasn't it you who raised the subject of past apologies and, compared the NHS to IP's and their companies in an earlier post? Pot and kettle? I am not upset at all is the answer to your question, just raising a few points on issues that seem to get pushed aside or in some cases totally ignored...

All IVA's go on a register which is accessible to anyone, for free online. Were you not told this by your IP?
