The finance is with Hitachi Capital. It says fixed sum loan agreement on the paperwork and mentions a credit agreement.
Can this be added to the IVA or is it the same as hp and I have to continue the payments ?

can a dfs debt with hitachi finance be part of your iva proposal, i have no idea if it can and am looking at going into an iva . it will only be possible if this debt goes in also do i get to keep the goods if accepted

what is the minimum amount you can pay toward an IVA
