Update [:)] Phone call to DFD this evening, asking for confirmation of monies paid to them on the 12th May. Yes they have confirmed they are in receipt of the money and it's been referred to their closure team to close the account asap. The man on the phone (at DFD) said it was up to them now at DFD...
