Contact Judith Anderton from DFD she sorted our IVA in 6mths we had to sign a disclaimer in the end to say we wouldn't persue the PPI on one outstanding account. She responds immediately to every question.

People keep posting 6 yrs, this is not correct if you have not formally completed at year six, certificate in hand then they will simply reinstate the IVA on your credit file until you send in your certificate. I realise that but I can't pay more than I owe, If they don't make a claim I will have paid all my creditors in full including all my fees, which will leave an excess of money. What happens to that money?

How much can they charge for the IP fees given that I will have paid in £53.752.50 into the IVA come October and if they take an additional £6500 from me on top off what I have already paid, that will be £60.252.70, which means the IP fees will be in excess of £22,254.70
