Payplan advised me that any lump sum received from a pension would be regarded as a windfall and would be payable in to my IVA. A friend kindly provided funds to offer a full and final which was accepted on 12 January 2015, but as yet I am still awaiting my completion certificate, despite being told...

Hi I'm with Payplan and awaiting a full and final meeting. The advice they gave me was that if it was accepted the IVA would end and they would issue completion certificate, but would continue to pursue PPI claims. Hope this helps.

Thanks Foggy Always feel you give good advice and know you have been through the full and final business. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Have provided all the paperwork and supporting evidence to proceed with this and hope it is successful, but they say it can take up to 3 months to sort.

I got comprehensive Home Rescue and Recovery from Kwik Fit via a comparison web site for £28.85 per annum. Fortunately have never had to use them yet, so cannot comment on their response times and customer service.

Well got my letter and all creditors voted for the resolutions with the only modification by First Direct being that no variation fee be charged. Not even sure I understand the whole thing - just keep paying each month and praying for the end[?]

I had email from Payplan today stating that it's still my choice whether I wish to apply or not and no mention of it affecting closure although this is still at least a couple of years away for me!
