As soon as I e mailed I got a response. Thanks, we sent an email yesterday to creditfix saying that we would expect a...

 Usually a discretionary reduction below 15% is not repayable -- it is a reduction in payments, NOT a delay in paying the full payment. The only usual exception to this is if there is a declared minimum divident to be met (usually the dividend is estomated .. not a set minimum ). Ask your IP t...

<t>If an IVA is agreed for 60 months and after the first year because of a change in circumstance the original payment is reduced by less than 15% and no mention of adding to the length of the IVA term at this point, when you get to the 60 month stage and you are now told that your IVA will last for...

At present I feel we belong in scenario a, however I was told by my company that it means there is some equity and I will have to pay something out of it towards my debt!

I think it depends on how your IP reads this in my case!

Kirsty I am really sorry to hear your latest news, have you spoken with your IP since you learnt of your hubby's redundancy? My only advice would be to have another meeting with your IP and ask him for payments made to date to be accepted as full and final due to your hubby's ill health and redundan...

I've just had PPI claim refused from lloyds tsb they said it wasn't mis sold, but how can they justify that when they gave me the card after a review over the phone, no mention of PPI as the person conducting the review knew I wasn't working, I think lloyds had their own agenda in offering out credi...

I'm not 100% sure, but if you were to repay the debt in full plus 8% stat int plus IP fees and there was any money left over it may come to you as I can't think who else woud be entitled to it! Maybe you should add up all monies and see where you are with the original debt!!

Good idea sponge, but I think some of the IPs - especially those using threatening tactics- think that we are only claiming back "some" of the ppi's and saving the rest for our own pockets!! They don't seem to trust us to do the job properly! Can't seem to think of any other reason they are so adama...

Sarah, I absolutely commend you for the very difficult decision to talk to your partner and I am so pleased that he is the man you knew him to be! As for your IVA company, as the others have stated they really must not have listened properly to what was being said! Having a discussion with someone a...

Melanie, what would you call the correct provision? I started my IVA before any PPI claims were such a hot topic. I also made claims for PPI 's to be refunded before I entered into an IVA which were not upheld.

This is all so confusing !

We recently hired a car from Enterprise, whilst the rental was low we had to pay a £200 deposit, paid with visa debit and deposit retuned 48 hours after car returned to Enterprise. I would have a look on their website for the costings and to reserve the car. If you have any queries I would ring them...
