Nearing the end of my extended 6th year now, (2 more payments)will i be expected to complete a final review?

It's all nonsence as in the last letter from DFD, they reckon a claim can be made if you weren't offered sold it lol

In response to Declan: It would be nice if DFD got their finger out and replied to my last e mail and gave me an assurance that now i have complied and returned the forms my IVA completion and certificate WON'T be held to ransom!

Broke of London, it's generally 72 payments as a high number of people are homeowners or shared ownership like myself and couldn't remortgage, we had to extend. Damn right i'm fixated with the length of payments, as soon as the they finish the IVA can go whistle, i want my certificate and the banks ...

It's laughable.....they apply to the Banks to refund money to the iva, to be split up and given to their rivals..........of course this will hold it all up! Just as DFD will if i don't return the forms

Hmmm ,thanks for the replies, thing is under the agreement the IVA finishes in Oct, that's it done. Under the agreement the creditors have to complete closure. The ppi has been added in after the event and for DFD to hold me to ransom is wrong. My payments finish in Oct, whether they ike it or not. ...
