franky ive found out why we have to take the loan,,,our mortgage company ,,,bank of ireland wont let us remortgage cause we are on the iva,,,even though we have been with then for 10 years and never missed a payment ,,,the only other mortgage companys that will accept us now is the ones with really ...

they use there own loan company specially for iva customers,,,they said it would be a 15 year loan,,,,,,but if we pay more a month we can pay it off in five ,,,god,will it never end,,,

im not sure,,why cant we just remorgage,,woudnt that be better??
