My IVA is with Debtmatters and I haven't had any major problems with them.
All that I do know is that last year when my case was being dealt with they were inundated with work!

Yes I am still with my long suffering partner of 9 years!
Part of the reason why I got into so much debt was helping clear some of her student debts left over from Uni.
We keep struggling onwards and upwards!!!
