They stopped harrassing me very soon after IVA approved, I just quoted a given number at them. Never heard from them again. Good Luck, its tough but worth it and you can sleep easy again once all sorted. All been where you are so keep going x

no, I had PPI but as far as I am concerned I agreed to the insurance and wont claim it back.
