We are still waiting after over 2 years for a certificate, so we also can understand how G b***** T is getting so much bad press. Perhaps they should warn the poor sods who decide to have a IVA DON'T!!

Tried to get an answer from " This Dedicated closure team" and it was 6 months till closure but now they are saying 18 months. I really think the DEDICATED CLOSURE TEAM is 2 strong

Ha ha ha! I agree with you on that! I'm just glad they are not dealing with anything legally important, as the delay could be catastrophic? Just imagine that Grant Thornton was a company looking after and helping people with IVA, the massive backlog and endless delays would put debtors and creditors...

Thanks very much. I just rang Grant Thornton Customer services 08448552166 and did speak to Kelly Sands, who has reassured me about our worry. She said that the 18 month is from our last payment so that means that our closure certificate WILL arrive in to our hands in DECEMBER 2012 . OR even earlier...
