I work as a HCA in a Hospice caring for the dying. Perhaps we should tell our patients that they can wait for their pain relief as we are just too busy?

Why Oh why we did not go bankrupt and say sod our creditors? We decided to give back as much as possible and now it's all o...

I work as a nurse in a Hospice, where care is of the utmost important. I wonder how a patient and their relatives would feel if we said "Sorry, but we can see you are in such terrible pain, but we are having our tea break and then we are going for a fag so you will have to either die in pain or hang...

Ha ha ha! I agree with you on that! I'm just glad they are not dealing with anything legally important, as the delay could be catastrophic? Just imagine that Grant Thornton was a company looking after and helping people with IVA, the massive backlog and endless delays would put debtors and creditors...

Thanks very much. I just rang Grant Thornton Customer services 08448552166 and did speak to Kelly Sands, who has reassured me about our worry. She said that the 18 month is from our last payment so that means that our closure certificate WILL arrive in to our hands in DECEMBER 2012 . OR even earlier...

This is a quote: When IP licences are granted, we all understand the duty of care we owe to our clients in this regard. Strange as this is rare! They say they have a duty of care and yet as soon as the debtor signs on the dotted line the IP's duty of care ends for the debtor and begins for the credi...

Sounds like "If you don't sign this over to us you won't get your closure notice" and when you do you will have to pay the tax on what ever they get. Almost seems like someone having some information that they want paying for and if you don't pay they will tell on you? NOW what is that called? A wor...

This is a problem, we are all waiting to get our closure notice from the IP and the IP is not closing the IVA even years after the payments have finished so they can squeeze every last drop of pence out of the debtor, after all the IVA used to mean Independent voluntary agreement? It should now be c...
