Most of my debts that are in my iva have now been sold on and the original companies have nothing to do with them anymore..so how can the majority holder have any say in the iva extension as the don't own the debt anymore???

They cannot claim for something that you were not mis sold! Seen as the companies claiming this PPI are Associated with gt it's just another way of making money and it is illegal and fraudulent if they claim something that you deny was mis sold!
