I have had an iva since 08/11 original debt was £31000 Iva £16600. I received payment from a ppi which went towards this so i have now paid £26000. I thought only the remainder of £5600 to pay. However i will shortly be receiving inheretence, which i now understand goes to paying off admin fees ...

I have an IVA and received ppi payment of course this went to my creditors and i received the interest. When reclaiming child tax credit , do i give them the figure of the interest or what my creditors received.

I am one year into an Iva, and I am waiting on a decision on ppi. If I am awarded this money, am I able to keep any or does the Iva company take all of it.
