Be careful though IVA companies are now obtaining peoples PPI withou their consent. See my post about this.

I understand where your coming from but I got passed to my IVA company by the citizens advice bureau because they said that they were 'one of the best'.

Reading this forum and others plus cuurent newspaper articles it seems the IVA industry could be starting to see some problems ahead.

Also I suggest you follow whatb I did and help the OFT and ombudsman with their current ongoing investigation into this about the obtianing of ppi and IVAs.
The m ore people that report problems the better it will be for everyone in the long run.
