Thanks Melanie - I contacted them and they are sending me one out - I have found this with my IP - they don't seem to include me in the mailing lists!
Anyone would think I'm nothing to do with my IVA! :-p

Hi Melanie No, I have not been asked to complete anything from my IP - infact, following my request to have a creditors variation meeting, I had not received anything from them since shortly after the IVA began. I am with O'Hara & Co. I'm starting to get concerned that something is not right.........

Hi, I'm 16 months in to my IVA - and I've not paid an awful lot of attention to what has been going on; the direct debit comes out of my account each month, and I thought all was going swimmingly. However, I came on this site to check out the situation with a creditors variation meeting and I notice...

Thanks :-) Just so I know what to expect (my IP is not brilliant at providing me with loads of information!) - am I looking at 75% of value, or just 75% of population (i.e. 3 out of 4 in my case)? What about if people don't vote? Also, my creditors are HSBC, MBNA, Inland Revenue and Halifax - are th...

Hi all - sorry I haven't been on for ages - work has been really busy and my IVA (16 months in) has been going really smoothly. However, in February my girlfriend went off sick and needed a knee operation - the operation was not successful and she is still off, and she is on statutory sick pay. We a...

Welcome to the site.
My personal view from that is that the unsecured debt could be financed from a further secured loan, and that would presumably reduce outgoings, but perhaps not by £500/month.
One of the experts will be along shortly to offer their opinion.

I have made a point of refusing to 'put in' to these. There was one a couple of weeks ago, and I said something along the lines of "I'm going to give these a miss from now on" - I'm sure everyone thinks I'm a scrooge now - but they didn't do anything for my 30th in February (not even a card), so as ...

OK, I can see your point - I suppose at least the IVA will be paid off sooner, I can see that - just a bit disappointed that I will not be able to use that money for something that I would have rather it gone towards.

It would be from an inheritance, completely unexpected and I have been told could be up to £10,000. Is there anything I can do, because obviously I don't really just want to 'lose' the £10,000, or whatever it ends up at if there is an alternative. I am all for repaying my creditors as much as I can ...

Firstly, sorry I haven't been on for so long - been off work ill for a few weeks. Secondly, I could possibly be coming in to some money in the next couple of months. If I was to make a proposal to my IP for a F&F settlement, based on my IVA (£16,500 based on £270/month - I have made three payments),...
