I'm pretty sure this debt would count as statute barred as it's over 6 years old, Moneysavingexpert has some great example letters you could use to send them.

yes I've had my 30 day free trial with Experian and my score is surprisingly high and rated good!!! I queried this with them and even they were surprised that it was so high for someone coming out of an IVA (not sure if that's good or bad!!) but they basically said that once my IVA had come off the ...

and it just keeps getting better, just checked the insolvancy register now and we're no longer on it [:D] that was very quick, but with a little prompting by me of course.
