In all seriousness they are vary backlogged due to all they iva's they took over from when the High Court ordered other firms to sell there's.

The council should give you class L exemption until the property is sold. However if your mortgage lender is charged for it then it will be added to the shortfall upon sale of the property.

Afternoon all Ok so I recently put in a ppi claim to Barclay loan (formally Master loan) in respect to a 10k loan I had with them. Just to clarify six year point is today, there are no defaults on my records anymore just the iva, and I don't want any credit at all I just want my file clean as it should be

Hi Andy

Yes I have my certificate, and yes I am still on the insolvency register although it does state that it will remain on there for a further 3 months after completion. Is that right?

Could anyone pleae help? My iva is 6 years old today but it is still on my credit files, is there anything I need to do or should it of dropped off by itself?
