Thank You all for the advice, they do not need the money in my IVA account, they have said that they need to see my bank statement to show the money is available. Hello I am 55 in May of this year, I am thinking of drawing down on my pension to pay the remaining amount of payments on my IVA, approx 21 Months at £700, can i do this without creditors wanting more of my pension pot

Thank you Michael for your reply, on another note does a Income & Expenditure report have to be done every year? As for the 2nd time it has not been done, but
this has been marked up on the annual report to the creditors as saying not been done, if that makes sense!

The money would come from a friend and would only be available for a F&F, I
rent our house so no issues there, this is 24 more payments to be made with a total of £16,824 to be paid, do you think I would stand a chance of them accepting

Hi, I had mine yesterday, it's perfectly normal, what it does mean is that you can hopefully get closure on the day, if there are any questions, meaning the weight is lifted off your shoulders. I took the morning off work and enjoyed the extra cup of tea. Good Luck to you.
