well done on your completion , I've just got my files updated satisfied and I finished my iva on 13th nov 13 .
I would send each creditor a letter with a copy of your certificate and they should update them for you . Keep an eye on the each month and tackle each creditor if they don't update .

Sent an email and posted completion certificate to all 3 credit refs , checked noodle and they have updated my iva status to completed ... Impressed , very quick
