Hi, I'm currently in an IVA and also selling my property, the equity of which is going to the IVA. If I buy another property during the course of my IVA, when the IVA is finished, do I have to give any equity in the new property over to the IVA?

Can anybody give me some advice? I am looking at bankruptcy as I cannot afford all the payments anymore. Does anybody know if I will be able to get a mortgage again? Do I have wait until the bankruptcy order is discharged or can I apply as soon as possible?

I am currently in an IVA, but can no longer afford to make the payments. Does the IP petition for bankruptcy or should I do it? Also, what happens to my property - I currently do have some equity in it? How long does the process take?

I'm in an IVA and also have 20k negative equity in my property. I want to sell and buy a property with my partner who has no credit problems. Will I be able to get a mortgage even with my IVA and will we be able to borrow over the value of the property in order to pay off the negative equity as well?
