last payment made 30th april completion cert delivered today i will not say an iva has been easy but freemanjones did a fantastic job over the last 5 years and just want to say thankyou so glad i did it.

i agree but zoopla have it valued around the same as i had it valued but if the one freeman jones use is much higher i am going to be forced to extend even though i had it valued first hand

i am in my last 6 months and got my house valuation done and sent this with my mortgage redemption to freeman jones it shows that there is not enough equity in the property i rang today and they say they have to do an online valuation and compare the 2 to see if i should extend by 12 months does thi...

cheers for reply i have had 3 valuations done but 2 of them just scribbled the valuation on to a piece of paper getting them to give you a decent written one is a bit of a bark to be honest

i have had my property valued and as i said quick sale needed the vendor wrote it all down on a property for sale type form with market value and sale value would this be accepted cheers
