cheers for reply i have had 3 valuations done but 2 of them just scribbled the valuation on to a piece of paper getting them to give you a decent written one is a bit of a bark to be honest

i have had my property valued and as i said quick sale needed the vendor wrote it all down on a property for sale type form with market value and sale value would this be accepted cheers

hi with the equity clause it states if you have £5000 equity you must try to remortgage or pay an extra 12 month me and my partner have a linked iva and a joint mortgage so would this be £5000 each of the 85% or £5000 in total cheers
