Same with me, except that I had done a F&F last year, had the face to face meeting with DRSP in Feb. this year....9 months later, after having chased this up several times with my supervisor, have now been told they have a 'new' procedure, so will have to sign more forms, and wait again. so much for...

still nothing, I was expecting a call Friday from my case worker, after insisting I get to speak with my IP, David Mond, but nothing then, and nothing today. unfortunately, as I work full time, I am unable to keep ringing them, and harassing them seems to be the ONLY way to get any comment from them...

I s wondering this too. I am with cleardebt, and have had successful claims, been told the same, have to wait for it all to be concluded, but we were told we would be entitled to the FIRST £500 of the total claims, so surely if they have had more than £500 in (minus DRSP's fee's obviously), then we s...

Sorry Michael, but cleardebt are most definitely NOT fine. I have posted on another thread to do with them, but I completed a F & F over a year ago, and despite David Mond's posts regarding taking assignment over PPI and issuing completion paperwork this certainly has not happened with me. my advice...

have you had any joy yet Paul?
I was waiting for a call from my IP today, but, who'd have guessed?....nothing
these companies should be ashamed of themselves letting things get to this stage without doing something, or at least keeping their clients in the picture
hope you get some answers soon

Hi Paul I can sympathise with you on this, I completed my IVA via a Full & FINAL in September 2012, had a letter stating all monthly contributions had been received, had complied with everything, and although technically my IVA was still 'live', this was only to investigate PPI. great I thought....1...

Hi I'm No expert, but from what I understand, you would add the total original debt (50K), to the IP & other fees (25K), making a total of 75K. you then take off the amount paid (50K), making a dividend achieved of approx 66.6P/Pound..(2/3). So this would suggest you would still need to pay 25K to m...

I too am with Cleardebt, and my IVA is completed, but still awaiting CC, pending the outcome of PPI claims. I have asked for, and received, a letter from Cleardebt stating that if I receive any windfall / inheritance etc, this will be excluded from the IVA as I have completed my obligations. therefo...

please don't let this great opportunity be overshadowed in-a-mess, it sounds like you would like this new contract, and will be well able to handle it..if you will clear nearly an extra 1000 a month, maybe you could save all your part of this extra, and then in May, buy your wife a 'newer' car for a...

Hi Suky I have just been in this position, was made redundant 3 months ago. The administrators should give all employees a form to fill in, and you can then claim from the National Insurance fund. you should be able to claim for any wages actually owed, any holiday pay due, any statutory redundancy ...

Kazzy I'm fully with you on this one, and please don't let others put you off complaining....it seems like everyone thinks as long as you've got some dosh out of it, why are you worried? I would be absolutely livid if this happened to me, we pay the IP an awful lot of money to 'act' for us & the cre...
