Working for the MOD and NOT telling them that you are in an IVA is probably just about the worst thing you can do. They will see it at your next SC review and if you haven't told them I am afraid that will not go down well.

Completion Certificates received today for me and my wife. It's all over.

Clifford Watts do still exist because I have just received all the documents to agree a PPI Deed of Assignment so that my IVA can be closed following F&F.

I received £229 and I have to pay it into the IVA, which I have done.

Looks like Mark Allen is an habitual offender. Found guilty 3 times this year March, April and August. What do you have to do to be 'struck off'. Google Mark Allen IP and all 3 appear

And it's not right as you say. I spoke to my IP today and there was no mention of any court case. Just that I have complied with all requirements and the CC will therefore be issued by the ne of the week. Who are you with?

Not sure why they can't issue your certificate. Mine and my wifes F&F's agreed on 21/9 and told CC's should be with us by end of week. Not same IP or Company as you though

Good luck colin. Hope all goes well. I know how you feel. Felt same back in September but all went well and both mine and my wife's F&fs were approved on 21/9. Told I should have completion certificate by end of this week and then it will all be over.
