Would I be best just to ask the IP?

From looking at this post from Melanie does this mean that there will be something in the original IVA documents regarding if PPI has to be paid across once the IVA is completed and completion certificate ha been received? What if the PPI relates to loans that were not in the IVA (old loans)?

Is there anywhere in my IVA paperwork that would tell me if I had would have to pay it across after completion? What do IP's usually opt for in these situations does anyone know?

They cold called and I contacted the RBS who said we had had PPI but would have to fill in forms to put a claim in. I just wondered if we could claim it if we could prove it was missold

Thank you for your reply I cannot remember taking out any PPI on my creditors I just felt it strange that the company kept calling. I don't think it was in our IVA paperwork however I did say that there was no PPi to claim back as that is what I believe.

Thank you; it says 'after aquired assets' means any asset, windfall or inheritance with a value of more than £500. The clause then says the supervisor may claim as an asset of the arrangement any after aquired assets...Does this mean she is ok to keep it as its less than £500?
