From what I can gather, its best to pull out before the IVA begins than to pull out during it, when the IP's fee's will apply and lost interest will be re-added to the account, its good that you are weighing up your options.

Doesn't the client have to submit an annual review of incomings and outgoings anyway? with proof of earnings?
