It is worth about £1900. It is really starting to get to me now though, it is taking ages for the review process to go through, I have a feeling I will be called into court as well due to me saying that I can't afford to pay any more than I do now.

They are making it really hard for me, they have also said that I may have to sell my car as the creditors may see this as an asset (my dad bought it for me) and it is a big car but I have 3 kids and need it. I wish there was a way I could leave them and go elsewhere.

DFD called me on the other day and said that my IVA may fail. They said that how am I still only able to pay just 170 per month when I moved from my ex partners into my parents, and now that I am planning on moving in with my partner...they seem to think I should have more money when I won't. My new...

Would I be able to ask for a payment break? if so how would this work? I have read about it but I am not sure if DFD do these. I am going to give them a call but wanted to know if you knew the answer.

So if I move in now, they will not say that I hav...

I have been with Debt Free Direct for a year and they are carrying out my annual review. I want to move in with my partner but they have said that if I do they will have to restart. Does anyone know what this means? If I just move in and then tell them what is the worst that can happen?
