Hi All! I now have the completion statement. Is it just the 3 credit reference agencies and the insolvency register that I need to send it too?

We started our IVA January 2006 and finished Jan 2012.

Just checked and it is showing as active on the insolvency register. We were with Grosvenor Partners so I will phone them tomorrow.

I'm not sure we ever did receive one but will check with my husband later. If we haven't who do I get this from??

We completed our IVA January 2012. Looking into moving now but our credit reports are still showing that the IVA hasn't been settled. Is anyone able to advise how we fix this?? Many thanks, Natalie

Hi! Myself and my husband entered an IVA nearly a year ago now. I understand what you mean it would be great to have somewhere to "chat" to others in the same boat. (maybe I should start an IVA chat forum for others in the same situation!)
