Just phoned northern rock as they had sent out a letter saying if you have been an iva you will not be entitled to any redress payment, had great pleasure in telling them their letter was factually incorrect as it depends on the type of iva and they should reword it to read "may" not be entitled

at thevariation meeting today, my full and final offer of £12,000 plus 3 payments totalling £1350 was accepted, what is the procedure now ? i assume ill receive a copy of meeting minutes and information on how to make payment?
