My IVA was compleated in October, but there is still a resriction on my house. I have tried to contact Kingsgate several times by e-mail and telephone,but no response. How long dose it normally take before the restiction is lifted

My IVAwith Kingsgate finnished in June 2012. I jANUARY 2012 I had an e-mail from them saying they had a 3 month period in which to finalize my I.V.A (22 JULY-22OCT 2012) I recieved my completion documents on 31 oct. I have just completd my IVA and have the certificate.Do the company (Kingsgate) take their name from the title deeds of my property, or do have to do it, if so how ?
