I have emailed off forum - Im sorry but i cannot accept calls over the weekend as im a full time mum to 4 children over the weekends (im on my own as my partner works) and its not possible to discuss matters of personal detail with the kids around.

Surely an annual review means your i & e gets reviewed?? and im pretty sure if there were any increases in income that would be quickly snapped up and used as part of the iva - should work both ways but seems its all for the creditors!

Im shocked that i just got an email with a suggestion that is unrealistic! like you say no feedback just an email - i have 4 children and my eldest knows what weve been proposing as we have had to discuss the issue of very limited funds for the children over the next few years in regards to everyday...

Sorry to hear that Debt tired but we got exactly the same - an email stating no and a suggestion that we just cannot commit too - everyone on here says that just because your in an iva does not mean your life gets put on hold!! with this suggestion it means exactly that!! I personally think bankrupt...

Lloyds is my biggest creditor and they have agreed but only if ip costs are reduced!! if it wasnt for the ip then Lloyds wouldnt be getting any money - it really is annoying x

There is always a way well thats how i look at life anyway x i think we just need to sit tight and wait for Mel to work her magic :) x what will be will be we will get there (debtfree) one way or another x

Ive emailed Marc today and its not as doom and gloom as I first felt however we need to get one of our biggest creditors to turn there vote positive then it will go through - however they are asking for 40p in the £ and were offering 17p in £ so over double - I understand that they want a good retur...

Yes Tina thats the one - just had an email through this morning with a "special offer" saying no monthly fee, no card fee just annual fee of £4.95 - its not for me as im happy with my bank currently but i thought it might be beneficial to someone struggling to get an account x
