I have emailed off forum - Im sorry but i cannot accept calls over the weekend as im a full time mum to 4 children over the weekends (im on my own as my partner works) and its not possible to discuss matters of personal detail with the kids around.

Surely an annual review means your i & e gets reviewed?? and im pretty sure if there were any increases in income that would be quickly snapped up and used as part of the iva - should work both ways but seems its all for the creditors!

Im shocked that i just got an email with a suggestion that is unrealistic! like you say no feedback just an email - i have 4 children and my eldest knows what weve been proposing as we have had to discuss the issue of very limited funds for the children over the next few years in regards to everyday...

Sorry to hear that Debt tired but we got exactly the same - an email stating no and a suggestion that we just cannot commit too - everyone on here says that just because your in an iva does not mean your life gets put on hold!! with this suggestion it means exactly that!! Yes Tina thats the one - just had an email through this morning with a "special offer" saying no monthly fee, no card fee just annual fee of £4.95 - its not for me as im happy with my bank currently but i thought it might be beneficial to someone struggling to get an account x
