I was under the impression that they cannot do this and all balances were written off per the terms of the IVA? Also the company with whom my IVA was with have themselves gone bank...

contact your ip and tell them of this if you have signed your proposal then it wont be long before they are contacted by the ip also have you told them you are going for an iva .also just a thought get in contact with the ombundsman cause this sounds like harrassment to me and thats illegal!!! font ...

we have had our iva for almost ayear now and its the best thing we ever did.they will take into account everything and will send the creditors the best you can offer and pay and more importantly what you can afford.providing you keep to it they cannot contact you or harrass you for money believe me ...
