Nickjohn, I think Lloyds/Max are trying to pull a fast one. Truth of it is they probably cocked up themselves. If you have the supporting paperwork to prove they were in your original proposal its not your fault they had no representation toward the debt. I would tell them to whistle. But i'm sure y...

Sounds like with variations of address you may have escaped the net Scooby. But, not to hack you off, don't be surprised if they appear sooner or later. But your IVA should have appeared, on one of the three CRAs files by now. Long may it last I say.

Fireblade, I may be able to help here. Are you saying that you cannot afford to get building regs sorted. I have had 30+ years experience in a planning department and may be able to offer some advice.

As I suspected Foggy. I am of the same opinion. I would say, as my house was, in my own IVA, it would need to be a defined asset. Therefore, Derek, certain variables now come into play. If you have not got any PPI requisition in your IVA and it was prior to any new legislation, and if you paid your ...

Welcome Derek. Can you offer a timescale of your IVA history. The reason I ask is if you have been 'out' of your IVA for two years, and you were in it for the full five years, it would mean the inception date of your IVA is circa 2006. Are you in possession of your completion certificate? If this is...

However Mike, having thought about this further, you may be putting yourself into a moral dilemma. Is there a chance you may lose your case? If so, your solicitor, I stand to be corrected, would need to know of your impending IVA application. Otherwise, you may be employing him knowing you may or ma...

Any unsecured debt can be logged within an IVA. I believe this would include lawyers fees. Best of luck

s_murphy_pop,a new I & E sounds the best thing to do. As has been said, notwithstanding your payrise, which will be eaten up by fuel, you MUST be entirely happy, together with your IP, of the proposals. The last thing you want is, having alleviated the stress of creditors, to find yourself in the sa...
