I guess GT are a law unto themselves and are notorious for ignoring emails, they are the big bullies.
I currently have a case ongoing with them over PPI and I paid my last payment to them in June 2014.
Keep onto them and if they still keep ignoring you go down the legal route like I am doing.

Hi Lisa, Thank you once again for your advice, I have received an email from Aperture actually admitting that they did cash a PPI cheque which was sent to them "in error" which they shouldn't have, it has taken them since January 2015 after blatantly denying receiving a PPI cheque to finally own up....

Hi Andy, GT never had any interest in PPI as I paid 100% to all.
I have an email from Karol telling me GT has no interest in any PPI claim.
I have claimed myself and had it back paid to me with GT's blessing.
