Thanks kallis3. I just wasn't sure whether 3rd party & secured loan were classed as the same. We've paid almost 4 times more than the original proposal inc over 10k in ppi. We're willing to take on another year or 2 if necessary

But after checking my original report, it doesn't mention secured loan. However it does say "3rd party". Is this the same ? I'm...

We do have around 20k equity & have also paid in additional funds of almost 12k from ppi. Taking our repayments from 15p in £1 to 56p in £1 including ad...

We're into our 4th year and have been informed today that Vanguard have taken over our IVA from Kingsgate (started with Invocas)
Has anyone heard of them or have any information about them as a company. Thanks

I have one. Although I've had it since before my iva. But I can't see how a iva will effect being a licence holder.

Myself & my husband are with kingsgate & we've had no issues so far. We had a large ppi payment of over 10k & we asked for the 8% intrest but were refused. But apart from that all has been good. We've just entered into our 4th year. Our payment went up £96 a month after our annual review which I tho...

Evening guys.
My hubby was in an accident in his car & it has been written off. He has had an offer made by insurance company which hubby has accepted so he can replace his car (will have to be a cheaper one). Do we have to inform IP about this. Thanks

Ours stayed the same until our son turned 18 then his allowances were deducted from original expenditure & our payments increased.they didn't ask for any of his income details. He was classed as independent once turned 18.
You could ring & ask your IP as other companies may be different.
