After 6 years I've been told my completion certificate should be in the post to me - hurray! But I enquired as to who informs the credit agencies as I thought they would - and have been told it'd the job of the creditors themselves? Is that guys?

My last payment to my iva is this month. I could really do with a credit card now. If I apply now will this somehow effect anything to do with finalising my iva?

My last payment will be in June - I cannot wait! And as my iva was extended for a yr then it will have been 6yrs. When can I expect to receive my completion certificate do you guys think and what happens next? It's been a long 6 yrs. I'm really hoping we could move soon.

I've had my Iva extended for another yr. Poop. So my iva will have been 6 yrs not 5. Question is will my iva still come off my record as they say 6 yrs from when it starts?
